We are a small ad hoc voluntary group, comprised of 6 mums and 1 dad, who decided to bring The Big Draw to our local commons in 2004. We had such fun organising the day to the acclaim of everyone who attended, we decided to make it an annual event. We have been awarded national prizes every year from 2004 through to 2007 for our inspirational events.

Our part of the commons is a triangular piece of grassland and woodland bordered by the primary school, the church, houses and two public houses - the perfect place for a local gathering, although our Big Draw is the only event that has taken place on this land probably since the Queen's coronation.
